How can I reserve a booth space at the show?

We offer several convenient options for you to reserve your space:

Via our, Tattoo Expo™ Online Store.
Via e-mail at info@lasvegastattooshow.com, which a Tattoo Expo Representative will respond to you within 24 hours from the receipt of the e-mail.
- Via telephone at 201-342-4446 x113. Tattoo Expo Customer Service Representatives are available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, to assist you with reserving a booth space.

Do you only accept credit card payments?

No. We accept the following payments: all major credit cards; PayPal; money orders; and bank transfers.

Is there still booth space available?

Yes, at this time, spaces are still available. However, please keep in mind that spaces are selling out rather quickly so please take advantage of the current space availability. Click here to book your space now!

What else should I know about the benefits of becoming a booth holder at The Biggest Tattoo Show on Earth™?

When will I receive more information about the temporary license application process with The Southern Nevada Health District?

You should expect to receive an Application Booklet in the mail no later than July 2011. The booklet will include all the necessary and pertinent information for you to obtain the temporary license. The process is very simple – you will need to complete the paperwork, send a money order or cashier’s check for $145.00 (made payable to The Southern Nevada Health District) and return it to our headquarters. Once our staff receives the completed paperwork, we will proofread it and send the application and your check of $145.00 directly to the Nevada Health Department. You will receive your temporary license 30 days before the show.

What types of seminars are you offering?

This year the Association Of Professional Tattooitsts (APT) will be conducting seminars leading up to the Biggest Tattoo Show on Earth. Learn More About The APT Event Here. There will also be seminars to attend throught the Biggest Tattoo Show On Earth Weekend. Check back for those announcements.

Who do I contact if I’m interested in holding a seminar?

Will there be any competitions held during The Biggest Tattoo Show on Earth 2012™?

Yes, competitions will be held daily, the schedule will be announced shortly.

Can I pick out the placement of my booth space?

No. However, when you reserve your space, you may request to be placed in a certain area. We will do our best to fulfill your request when the floor plan is created. Please note that all requests are fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis.

I plan to reserve 2 — Two Artist Spaces. Would we be able to place both Artist Spaces next to each other?

Yes! When you reserve the booth spaces, your Customer Service Representative will make special notations on your order to ensure that your booths will be next to each other.

My friends and I are taking a trip to Vegas to get tattooed. How much would it cost to get a tattoo at the show?

The rates vary depending on the tattoo artist you choose to get a tattoo from and the size of the tattoo. We recommend that you take a moment before the show to check out the bios and photos of the tattoo artists who will be working at the show so that you may contact him/her directly to make an appointment as well as request for his/her rates. I placed an order for an Artist Space, and would like to know how I can have my information and photos on your website (www.lasvegastattooshow.com). What do I need to do?

Within 24 hours of your order, you will receive a payment confirmation via e-mail, which in the context of the e-mail, you will be provided a special link for you to upload your information and photos onto our website.

I uploaded my short bio and photos, but I don’t see it on the site. Did I do something wrong? How long does it take?

No, you probably did not do anything wrong when you uploaded your information onto our website. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your information has been uploaded correctly on our website. After you receive the confirmation e-mail, it will take 3-5 business days for your information to appear on our website.

What is the cancellation policy?

All registration and ticket fees are non-refundable and registrations and tickets are non-transferable.

Is there a “live” person I can contact for help?
